Customer Service & Sales Support International (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Phone customer support and first point of contact for business partners and representatives
  • Cooperation with our domestic and foreign partner companies
  • Independent order processing and completion
  • Coordination and monitoring of delivery dates
  • After-sales service including processing of complaints
  • Creation of packing lists and notification of deliveries
  • Planning, implementation and on-site support for events and trade shows
  • Control of licensing and negotiations with our suppliers
  • Support of the sales management

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are enthusiastic about fashion and/or sports
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
  • You already have professional experience in internal sales
  • You distinguish yourself through independent, responsible work, the ability to work in a team and a hands-on mentality
  • You have good command of German and English language
  • You have good user skills in MS Office and are interested in IT

For this position, the collective agreement's gross monthly salary is EUR 2,244.79 on a full-time basis.

Depending on your qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to overpay.
