YOUR TASKS:

  • Telephone customer support and initial point of contact for business partners and agencies
  • Collaboration with our domestic and international partner companies
  • Independent processing and handling of orders
  • Coordination and monitoring of delivery deadlines
  • After-sales service including complaint processing
  • Creating packing lists and coordinating deliveries
  • Assistance in planning, execution, and on-site support for events and trade shows
  • Supporting the sales management

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You are passionate about fashion and/or sports.
  • You have completed a commercial education or equivalent.
  • You have previous experience in sales support.
  • You are characterized by independent, responsible work, teamwork, and a hands-on mentality.
  • You have good German and English language skills.
  • You have good user knowledge of MS Office and are interested in IT topics.

Depending on your qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to engage in further salary negotiations.
