YOUR TASKS:
- Leading and developing the Customer Service department
- Training/development and supervision (technical and disciplinary) of department employees
- Interface between customers/sales partners and internal departments
- Ensuring and developing (digital) processes and standards for optimal customer support
- Analysis and reporting of relevant metrics and deriving recommendations for action
- Operational involvement in order processing and fulfillment as well as after-sales service
- Supporting the sales management
YOUR PROFILE:
- Passionate about fashion and/or sports
- Completed commercial education or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales support and ideally leadership
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, responsibly, collaboratively, with a hands-on mentality, and stress resistance
- Good command of German and English
- Proficient in MS Office applications and interest in IT/digitalization
