YOUR TASKS:

  • Responsibility and strategic sustainable development and leadership of agencies and distributors in >20 countries
  • Further development, implementation, and scaling of the global distribution strategy based on the company and brand strategy
  • Strategic & operational planning & control of sales activities
  • Proactive expansion of sales activities & exploration of new markets & opportunities
  • Management and development of strategic trade partnerships/Key Accounts (omnichannel, digital development/integration)
  • Strategic & Operational Development of the B2B & OEM Business
  • Leadership and development of the entire sales team (including sales support/Customer Service)
  • Organization and participation in international trade fairs
  • Process optimization and further advancement of digitalization in sales
  • Member of the Senior Management Team

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE & INTERNAL INTERFACES:

  • Direct reporting to the management
  • Leadership of the Customer Service
  • Close cooperation and coordination with the management, marketing, product management, digital manager, and production
