Your rights when you buy – legal guarantee

When you buy our products, the statutory legal guarantee applies to you as a consumer. If a product does not have the agreed or reasonably expected characteristics at the time of delivery, you are entitled to the remedies provided by law. The guarantee period is generally at least two years.

If a product does not conform to the contract, please contact us. Depending on the legal requirements, the main remedies are free repair or replacement, and in certain cases a price reduction or a refund of the purchase price. A proof of purchase helps us handle your request faster.
