Where do you deliver to and what does it cost?

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the selected service.

Shipping countries / Shipping costs:
Deliveries to Austria and Germany are free of charge for orders over €39 .

Within Europe, we offer free shipping on orders over €49.

  • Within Austria: €3.95
  • Germany (excluding islands): €4.95
  • Europe: €9.99
    (Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia)
Which shipping provider will deliver my parcel?

We usually ship with GLS, Hermes or DHL, depending on your delivery location.

How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?

Your order will be handed over to the shipping service within 24 hours.

Delivery time :
Depending on weather conditions and season, your delivery will arrive as follows:

  • Austria: 1-3 days
  • Germany: 2-3 days
  • Europe: 3-7 days
I'm waiting for my delivery - can I track the shipment?

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email from us. This email will contain your tracking code from the shipping provider. Your shipment is usually available for tracking within 24 hours of receiving the email.

Christmas 2025: Order deadlines

For orders placed from 1 December 2025 onwards, we are extending the return period until 31 January 2025.

This way you can order early, but the recipients can still return the gift after the Christmas holidays.

Christmas 2025: How long do we have to return items?

We offer all customers who order from our online shop from December 1st onwards the option to return items up to and including January 31st, 2026.

This extends the usual return period by up to 6 weeks.

This allows you to order Christmas presents early and still return them if you don't like them.

How do I return an item?

Please register your return in our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

All you need is the order number and the email address associated with the order.

You can find both in the order confirmation.

What are the return deadlines?

  • Returns can be sent back within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Please note the extended return deadlines during the Christmas season.


Payment

  • Payment is possible via credit card, PayPal, Klarna and bank transfer.

Refunds are issued using the same payment as the original transaction.

Does the return cost anything?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Is it possible to exchange the goods?

Exchanging your order is of course possible.

Provided that your desired item is available, you can submit your exchange request in our returns portal .
