With gift vouchers, you purchase a gift card with a voucher code. Because it is always nicer to present a gift in person, you will receive a physical voucher by mail in addition to the digital voucher.
- The physical gift card is sent to the specified delivery address.
- The gift card is linked to a voucher code, which can be used to spend the balance gradually.
- Vouchers are transferable. They make great gifts.
- The shipping and return policies of Eisbär apply to vouchers.
- Vouchers are valid for 6 years from the date of purchase.

FAQ regarding our vouchers
If I give the voucher as a gift, will it still be valid?
Of course you can give the voucher away as a gift. Our vouchers are not personalized. Even if a name is listed on the voucher card, it does not matter. The voucher code is what matters.
I can no longer find the voucher code - what now?
We have stored all voucher data in our system. If you can provide proof that you are the rightful voucher holder, we will be happy to reissue the code.
Can I return products purchased with vouchers?
The same conditions apply to voucher redemptions as to purchased products. If you return a product, the amount will be credited to your account balance.
We do not pay out account balances.
What happens if the voucher amount does not match the purchase amount?
For purchases where the amount exceeds the voucher value, you will be prompted at checkout to pay the remaining balance.
If there is any credit remaining, you can use the leftover amount gradually.
Do I need a customer account with a voucher code?
In general, you do not need a customer account to redeem vouchers. However, it definitely makes sense, as it allows you to keep track of all your purchases.
