With purchase vouchers, you acquire a voucher card with a voucher code. Because it's always nicer to give a gift in person, in addition to the digital voucher, you will also receive a physical voucher by post.
- The physical voucher card will be sent to the specified delivery address.
- The voucher card is linked to a voucher code, which allows the credit to be
gradually used up. - The transfer of vouchers is possible. You can give them away perfectly.
- Vouchers are subject to Eisbär's shipping and return policies.
- Vouchers are valid for 6 years from the date of purchase.

FAQ about our Vouchers
If I give the voucher as a gift, will it still be valid?
Of course, you can give the voucher as a gift. Our vouchers are not personalized, even if a name is printed on the voucher card. The voucher code is what matters.
I can't find the voucher code anymore - what now?
We have all voucher data stored in our system. If you can identify yourself as the legitimate voucher holder, we will gladly reissue the code.
Can I return products purchased with vouchers?
The same conditions apply to voucher redemptions as to purchased products. If you return a product, the amount will be credited to your balance account.
We do not pay out credit balances.
What if the voucher amount does not match the purchase amount?
For purchases where the amount exceeds the voucher amount, you will be prompted at checkout to pay the remaining balance.
If there's a remaining balance, you can use it up gradually.
Do I need a customer account for a voucher code?
In principle, you do not need a customer account to redeem vouchers. However, it makes sense to have one, as you can then keep track of all your purchases.
