Eisbär has been manufacturing at its Feldkirchen site since the early 1950s and stands for quality, reliability, and a genuine closeness to customers and partners. Our customer care team acts as a central interface – between the market, the brand, and the people.
For this key role, we are looking for a personality with a broad perspective, a hands-on mentality, and a passion for further developing a team.
Your responsibilities:
- Professional and disciplinary management of the Customer Care team
- Central interface between customers, sales partners, and internal departments
- Ensuring, further developing, and digitizing processes and standards for optimal customer support
- Analysis and reporting of relevant KPIs, including deriving concrete recommendations for action
- Operational involvement in order entry, processing, and after-sales service
- Close cooperation with and support for the Head of Sales
What you bring to the table:
- Passion for fashion and/or sports
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in internal sales, ideally with initial leadership experience
- Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
- Team spirit, a hands-on mentality, and resilience, even during seasonal peaks
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Good MS Office skills as well as an interest in IT and digitalization topics
