Eisbär has been producing at its site in Feldkirchen since the early 1950s and stands for quality, reliability, and genuine closeness to customers and partners. Our Customer Care team is a central interface – between the market, brand, and people.

For this key role, we are looking for a personality with an overview, a hands-on mentality, and a passion for developing a team further.

Your tasks:

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Customer Care Team
Central interface between customers, sales partners, and internal departments
Ensuring, further developing, and digitizing processes and standards for optimal customer support
Analysis and reporting of relevant key figures, including the derivation of concrete recommendations for action
Operational involvement in order entry, processing, and after-sales service
Close cooperation and support of sales management

What you bring to the table:

Enthusiasm for fashion and/or sports
Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in internal sales, ideally with initial leadership experience
Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
Team spirit, hands-on mentality, and resilience to stress, even during seasonal peaks
Very good spoken and written German and English skills (additional languages are a plus)
Good MS Office skills and an interest in IT and digitalization topics
