ORBIT is not a marketing promise. With tear-resistant nylon and an anatomical fit, we have created a cap that turns every summer day into a performance.

ROBUST AND ABRASION-RESISTANT

Thanks to robust technical fibers, it offers high tear and abrasion resistance, as well as low water absorption. ORBIT stands up to everyday trail use – even in the event of falls or contact with rocks.

Elastic sweatband waistband

The elastic inner band ensures a secure, pressure-free fit for head circumferences of 55–59 cm. It stays firmly in place even on technical downhills – without leaving marks on the forehead after 2 hours.

Optimized screen

Provides shade for the eyes and upper cheek area without obstructing the view of the trail. Pre-shaped and retains its form – even when crumpled in a backpack.

For which sports is the ORBIT Cap designed?

ORBIT is the performance cap for spring/summer and early autumn:

Trail running – for long summer trails, brim for sun protection
Running – asphalt, track, park laps

Spring ski touring ascents – protection against sun reflected off the snow
Multisport – cycling, outdoor all-rounder

What sizes and colors are available?

All Strato models are designed as one-size-fits-all unisex. The highly elastic functional fabric adapts to the head and sits securely without pressure.

Available in two colors: Black-Grey (classic, discreet) and White (maximum sun reflection).

How heavy is the ORBIT really?

100 grams including the visor – that is about half the weight of a classic cotton trucker cap (180–220 g). You practically won't feel it on your head and can easily stow it in your hydration vest, backpack, or pocket when you're not wearing it.

How is the ORBIT maintained?

Hand wash at max. 30°C. Do not use fabric softener, do not tumble dry. ORBIT dries so quickly that hand washing is generally faster than machine washing. The visor should be reshaped during the wash cycle.

Where is ORBIT produced?

The ORBIT line is developed, designed, and quality-controlled at Eisbär in Austria. Decades of expertise in the craft of performance headwear – Made in Austria.
