Odour blocking

Compared to other materials, natural merino wool can be considered the material that keeps the air cleanest. This is due to the structure of the fiber, its antibacterial surface, and its self-cleaning effect. A comparison between merino and synthetic materials also shows that synthetics usually start to smell faster. A true marvel of nature! Nevertheless, it must be clear that wool absorbs moisture and is therefore less suitable for people who sweat heavily in intensive mode.

The Astris Reflective Headband keeps your forehead and ears warm, and reflective yarn knitted into the fabric sends light back as soon as dusk sets in. Running trails in the evening, skiing cross-country, or touring in winter and the shoulder seasons, you stay visible. The knit warms, moves moisture outward, and stays odour-free. It sits narrow in one size.
