Sustainable

This product contributes to sustainability by being made from environmentally friendly materials. These are either natural fibers such as merino wool or recycled materials such as recycled polyester, which is used, among other things, as inner fleece. In addition, Eisbär continues to produce around 80% of all products in its own production facilities in Upper Austria – naturally avoiding environmentally harmful substances such as biocides or silver ions.

The BASSO pairs a smooth body with a 1:1 rib structure on the high cuff, giving it a modern urban look. Made from 51% fine merino wool and 49% combed cotton, processed using an air-spinning method to retain the fiber's natural volume, making the material light and warm, ideal for cold days.
